Joining the Emerald Coast Healthcare Coalition (ECHCC) is simple! Membership is open to agencies across Northwest Florida’s 10 counties. To join, visit our website and complete the membership application form. Approval is subject to review to ensure alignment with coalition objectives.

No, membership in the ECHCC is free. The coalition is funded through federal grants, allowing us to provide resources, training, and support at no cost to members.

Most of our training sessions are offered at no cost to members, thanks to grant funding. However, specialized workshops or certifications may occasionally include a nominal fee.

The coalition holds regular meetings throughout the year, including general membership meetings and planning sessions. Meeting dates are posted on our website and communicated through the newsletter.

We conduct a variety of exercises, including tabletop exercises, functional exercises, and full-scale drills. These are designed to simulate real-world emergency scenarios and test response plans and coordination.

We offer a wide range of trainings focused on disaster preparedness, healthcare response, and recovery planning. Topics include incident command systems, mass casualty management, and mental health resilience.

Our members include hospitals, EMS providers, long-term care facilities, public health departments, emergency management agencies, and many others, including private entities and community organizations.

Members can submit funding requests through our online project submission portal. Specific deadlines and guidelines are communicated to members via email and meetings.

BOLD Planning registration is coordinated through the coalition. Reach out to our administrative team for access credentials and support with onboarding.

The coalition offers training materials, response plans, funding opportunities, and specialized equipment to enhance local preparedness efforts. Members also gain access to a network of experts and peer support.

The calendar is available on our website under the “Events” section. It is updated regularly to include upcoming training sessions, exercises, and events.
